Security, privacy and responsible AI.
Recruitment affects people’s livelihoods. This page sets out how Recruitday keeps people in charge of hiring decisions, and where our published policies stand.
Rae does the work. You make the decisions.
No automated rejections
Rae doesn’t reject candidates on her own, and doesn’t silently advance them either.
You approve the key steps
Every interview, offer and rejection needs your approval.
Unusual cases go to a person
Anything outside the normal process is handed to the Recruitday team, not left to a model.
Recommendations come with their reasons (strengths, gaps and evidence) so you can question them. You can ask Rae to explain a recommendation or look again, and you can always contact the team.
Consent comes first.
- Candidates can apply for roles free of charge.
- When you upload a resume, we ask for your agreement before it’s used to match you to roles.
Questions about your data (what we hold, or asking us to correct or remove it) can be sent to hello@recruitday.com.
