Meet Rae, your AI recruiting sidekick.

Chat with Rae like you’d chat with your recruiter. Describe the role, review AI-screened matches and keep hiring moving, all in one conversation. She does the legwork. You still make the decision.

Rae proposes. You decide: every interview, offer and rejection needs your approval.

Hiring shouldn’t compete with running the business.

Small and growing businesses rarely have a recruitment team. Recruitday gives you Rae, an AI recruiting sidekick, and a fixed, published price.

  1. 1

    No time to screen

A job ad can mean an inbox of unscreened CVs. Recruitday reads candidates against your requirements and brings you a shortlist, with reasons.

  2. 2

Fees that grow with the salary

Agency fees are commonly a percentage of salary. Recruitday’s success fee is a fixed A$2,999, payable only when you hire.

  3. 3

No recruiter and no software to learn

Describe the role in conversation. There’s no applicant-tracking system to configure and no dedicated recruiter to manage.

Working with Rae

One conversation. The whole recruitment job.

  1. Describe the role

Rae turns it into a job brief you can edit.

  2. Rae finds and screens candidates

She brings you a shortlist, with the reasons for each match.

  3. Ask her anything

How it’s going, why she picked someone, or who to interview next.

Nothing moves forward without your approval.

Employer questions

Who is Rae?

Rae is Recruitday’s AI recruiting sidekick. She’s an AI, not a person. You chat with her to describe roles, review shortlists and ask questions, much as you would with a recruiter. She proposes; you decide. A person on the Recruitday team steps in when something falls outside the normal process.

Do I need a recruiter or an applicant-tracking system as well?

No. Recruitday is your recruitment workspace. You create the role, review candidates and manage your pipeline in the same conversation.

Does Rae make hiring decisions?

No. Rae screens, explains and recommends. You approve every interview, offer and rejection, and anything unusual is handed to a person.

What does it cost?

A$49 per month for Rae and your recruitment workspace, plus a fixed A$2,999 only when you hire a candidate through Recruitday. It’s never a percentage of salary.

Can I try it before paying?

You can describe your role and see the job brief Recruitday would work from without an account. Create a job brief.

Are the candidates in the illustrations real?

No. The screens on this site are illustrations and are labelled as such. Real shortlists are built from your role and the candidates in the Recruitday network.

Describe the role. Recruitday takes it from there.
